Requirements and eligibility
To qualify for the Fulbright Foreign Student Program you need to meet the following requirements:
South African citizen
Have a four-year bachelor's degree , a three-year bachelors degree plus honours year or a four-year B-Tech degree if applying for Masters
Have a Master's degree when applying for a Doctoral degree
For non-degree studies you must be registered for a PhD with a South African university
