Bursary description
Annually, Bowmans grants multiple full bursaries to support deserving individuals pursuing a law degree.
These bursaries are available to students who have achieved outstanding matric results and aspire to study law, as well as to exceptional university students currently enrolled in law programs.
Selection of bursary recipients is based on academic excellence and demonstrated financial necessity.
The application process for bursaries to be conferred in the upcoming academic year commences each August.
Requirements and eligibility
To qualify for the Bowmans Law Bursary, you need to meet the following requirements:
South African citizen
Proven financial need
Excellent matric students intending to study law
Exceptional university students currently studying law
How to apply
All applications for the Bowmans Law Bursary must be completed online by following the link at the application link where you will have to create an online account to register and apply for the bursary.
Scholars currently in their matriculation year and intending to study either LLB, BCom Law or a BA Law degree at a South African university, must please forward their CVs, latest academic report, ID and a motivational letter to graduates@bowmanslaw.com with the subject of their email as “Bursary Application: Your Name”
