Bursary recipients will be required to complete six weeks of vacation work. This will take place in either Rivonia or Centurion and the bursary recipients will be remunerated for that period. Once bursary holders have completed their studies, they will need to work for Jones & Wagener for a period of time that is equal to the duration of the bursary.
Requirements and eligibility
The selection of applicants for the Jones & Wagener Bursary will be determined by their academic achievements, financial circumstances, and alignment with company-specific criteria. To qualify for the Jones & Wagener Bursary, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
Be a South African citizen.
Currently be in Matric or have successfully completed Matric.
Be currently enrolled in or planning to pursue a Civil Engineering degree at a South African University.
Have obtained a minimum of 70% in both Mathematics and Physical Science.
