Bursary description
The Siemens Bursary offers financial assistance to students who want to study engineering. Siemens is a leading company in electronics and electrical engineering, offering various solutions in automation, digitalization, and electrification.
If you're interested in studying Electrical Engineering (BEng/BSc), Electronic Engineering (BEng/BSc), or Industrial Engineering (BEng/BSc), you might qualify for this bursary. It covers expenses like registration, tuition, exams, required books, computer costs, on-campus housing, meals, and a pocket money allowance.
Requirements and eligibility
The minimum entry criteria for applicants must be as follows:
- South African citizen
- Studying full-time in one of the aforementioned fields
- Studying at a recognised university in South Africa
- Achieved high academic results
*Preference will be given to students from previously disadvantaged backgrounds.
