ISPA wishes to position itself as an enabler of ICT skills development, in line with the National Skills Development Programme, to provide a platform for the recruitment of interns on learnership programmes for its ISP members and potentially, the wider IT community at large. In addition to matching candidates with internships and learnership programmes, ISPA proposes to provide bursaries for training in SAQA accredited institutions through a strategic partnership with MICT SETA; thereby reducing the bureaucratic friction for its members in managing the accreditation process.
