Bursary description
The Starke Ayres bursary program is aimed at South African students who demonstrate academic excellence and a passion for agriculture. The program covers tuition fees, accommodation, and a stipend for books and other expenses. The bursary is renewable annually, subject to the recipient's academic performance

Requirements and eligibility
Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying:
South African citizen
Completed Matric/ Grade 12 year
Studying full-time towards a qualification in one of the aforementioned fields of study (see ‘about’)
Completed the 1st year of study (must be applying for funding from second year onwards)
